With nearly three decades of leadership across industrial operations, large-scale project management, and international waste-to-energy innovations, I bring a unique combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial execution capability.

Throughout my career, I have led complex, multi-site operations in Pakistan, the UAE, and the United States — managing large teams, critical infrastructure, and high-value operational systems under strict regulatory and performance standards. My experience includes overseeing end-to-end operations, optimizing supply chains, managing budgets and KPIs, and driving efficiency improvements across large-scale industrial environments.

As Head of Operations at SSWMB Sukkur, I managed municipal waste operations involving thousands of tons of material movement across multiple zones, coordinating logistics, transport fleets, and manpower deployment under time-sensitive conditions. During my tenure with Dubai Municipality and Lafarge Cement UAE, I managed industrial fuel logistics, material blending systems, and cross-border operational processes.

At Fauji Cement Company Ltd., I pioneered Asia's first Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) system — achieving up to 50% reduction in coal consumption — while managing laboratory operations, procurement, vendor coordination, and technical partnerships with international suppliers.

My work has been recognized in the International Cement Review (London) and by the New York City Sanitation Department, reflecting my capability to perform in globally benchmarked, performance-driven organizations.
